Naboo is a planet that is in the sectorial capital of the Chommell Sector near the Outer Rim territories. It is a world with large plains and forests and oceans. 

The surface of Naboo is covered by dense swamps, rolling grass plains, seas and verdant hills. The largest mountain chain, the Gallo Mountains, bisects the largest continent and divides the great grass plains of the north from the Lianorm Swamp in the south.

 

South of the Lianorm Swamp is the Paonga Sea, where at the bottom lays the Gungan city of Otoh Gunga. The Lake Country is an area known for its natural beauty, and is home to many vacation estates.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Underneath the planet's surface is a tremendous maze of passages and caves, home to immense aquatic animals and creatures that are rarely seen on the surface, such as the Colo Claw Fish, Opee Sea Killer, Sando Aqua Monster, and others. Gungans dominate these 'underwaterways', using them as a highway of sorts between their surface Holy Places and their underwater cities.

 

 

The Royal Advisory

The Royal Advisory Council assists the Monarch of Naboo in managing day-to-day affairs, and is led by the planetary Governor from the capital city of Theed. The Council is made up of men and women in control of specific ministries in Theed, and includes ministers for architecture, music, the sciences, and education. The Council frequently alters its composition, so as to bring in a range of scholars, artists and interested community members. Council sessions are held in the throne room of the Theed Royal Palace.
